By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. This summary explains how bookings work, customer responsibilities, charges, liability and claims.
Booking: A request to carry one or more packages.
Collection Point: Pickup address.
Delivery Point: Drop-off address.
Fees: Delivery price + waiting, surcharges, taxes.
Force Majeure: Weather, strikes, pandemics, major disruptions.
Platform / Vehicle: Booking system and transport used.
Customers must be 18+ and provide accurate information.
Verification/security checks may be carried out.
You are responsible for entering correct booking information.
Incorrect details may cause refusal, cancellation or extra charges.
Provide package quantity, size, weight and contents.
Include full collection & delivery addresses with postcodes.
Label fragile items clearly; list special handling needs.
Proof of delivery retained up to 6 months (subject to fees).
Fees include waiting time, surcharges and cancellations.
First 10 minutes of waiting included; after that per-minute charges apply.
Failed deliveries caused by customer may incur a 100% surcharge.
Late payments may incur interest (8% + Barclays base rate).
You may insure goods independently.
Standard cover: £100 (or package value if lower).
Claims require proof of value, dispatch, photos and packaging inspection.
Report delay/damage within 24 hours; file claim within 48 hours.
AZC Group LTD is not liable for loss caused by customer errors, poor packaging, prohibited items, third parties or force majeure. If delay is solely our fault:
Less than 50% delay: 0% refund
More than 50%: 30% refund (max £50)
More than 100%: 60% refund (max £100)
Waiting charges after first 15 minutes:
Small Van: £20/hr
Transit/SWB: £25/hr
Medium: £30/hr
XLWB/Luton: £45/hr
Prohibited items: cash, bullion, firearms, explosives, toxic materials, illegal drugs, animals (unless agreed). Such items may be destroyed and customer covers all costs.
